Negative energy loves to lurk in the corners of a room, and the smoke from the powder helps "flush" it out.

2. Stick Incense: Simple and Effective
For those days when you need a quick reset, stick incense is the perfect choice for its simplicity. Just light it, secure it in a holder, and place it in the specific room where you want to clear out the "old" and bring in the "new."

3. Resin Incense: Traditional and Potent
Resins are the raw, pure form of incense. If you have a good lighter, you can place the resin in a tin pan, light it directly, and walk through your home just like you would with the powder. Alternatively, you can place it in an area of your preference to let the scent and energy fill the house.
